- Receipts can be either electronic or paper invoices, and must be issued by partner stores.
- Paper invoices must be photographed and uploaded. Electronic invoices must include a screenshot showing the purchased items to verify eligibility for this promotion.
- Each receipt can only be registered once. If the same receipt is submitted multiple times, only the first submission will be accepted and counted for a draw.
- Receipts must be issued within the event period to qualify for the corresponding draw.
- If you have multiple movie tickets, please take a single photo of them and upload it.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can a single receipt be used for multiple or cumulative draws?
No. Each receipt cannot be accumulated or used repeatedly. The same receipt will not win more than once. Expired or incorrectly submitted receipts are not eligible for participation.
2. Can receipts with a business tax ID number be used for the prize draw?
No. Receipts issued with a business tax ID are not eligible. If such a receipt wins, the result will be considered invalid.
3. I used an e-invoice carrier (cloud invoice) for my purchase. Can I still join the instant draw? What if I forgot my carrier password?
Yes, you can. Please check your invoice number in the carrier app, take a screenshot of the invoice details, and upload it. If you forgot your carrier password, please refer to: https://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/accounts/forgot/password/mw
4. Why can't I see my credit card/EasyCard/iPASS/or other membership carrier transaction in the cloud invoice system right away?
You must link your credit card to the e-invoice carrier via the Ministry of Finance's E-Invoice Platform. After a purchase, merchants are required to upload transaction data to the MOF database (this may take up to 48 hours). The MOF's database for public inquiry and the one provided to external systems require additional reconciliation, which may result in a delay of "48 hours + processing time."
As long as your invoice is registered during the event period (October 18, 2025 – December 31, 2025), you are eligible for the prize draw.
5. We are a social welfare organization. Can donated receipts be entered into the draw?
Yes. Donated receipts do not affect prize eligibility in this campaign.
6. What happens if I enter the same receipt more than once (manually or through the cloud system)?
Receipts that have already been registered cannot be entered again.
