Prize instructions for Bonus Exclusive Draw for Q Fans are as follows:
- (1) The list of winners is scheduled to be announced on the Taoyuan Q official website on January 15, 2026. In the event of any changes, the announcement on the official website shall prevail.
- (2) Winners must complete and return all required prize claim information within 7 days. If the necessary information is not submitted within the specified period, staff will send a notification via SMS or email. If the winner cannot be contacted due to incomplete or inaccurate contact details, the prize will be deemed forfeited.
- (3) Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the territory of the Republic of China (Taiwan). If the winner fails to provide a valid domestic delivery address within the prize claim period, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize eligibility.
- (4) For the winner of the "Rich Man Prize"— NT$88,888 Shopping Cash, the event team will proactively contact the winner within 7 days. Contact attempts will be made up to twice per day (via phone or email) to inform the winner of the prize collection date and related instructions. If, due to incorrect information provided by the winner, or issues with personal phone or computer devices, the event team does not receive a response within 7 days, it will be deemed as a forfeiture of the prize. In such cases, the organizer will not issue further notice and provide a replacement.
- (5) The eligibility to claim prizes is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or converted into cash under any circumstances. Winners may not request a change in prize, specifications, transfer, or cash redemption.
- (6) No official tax invoice will be issued for goods redeemed with the shopping cash. If the retail price of the selected item(s) exceeds NT$88,888, the winner must pay the difference. A tax invoice will be issued separately for the excess amount.
- (7) The winner of the Rich Man Award will be accompanied by staff members during the shopping experience, and the process will be recorded. By participating, the winner agrees to grant the organizer the right to use their name, image, and likeness free of charge. The organizer reserves the right to photograph, edit, reproduce, modify, publicly display, transmit, or publish such materials for marketing and promotional purposes, without limitation on time, location, frequency, or medium, and with perpetual usage rights.
- (8) The unclaimed prizes will be fully donated in charitable and social welfare organizations, and the donation details will be announced on the official website.
- (9) The Income Tax Act (R.O.C.) specified that if the prize is worth more than NT1,000, the prize value will be included in the individual income tax. The winner must fill out and submit the prize voucher as required. The individual must provide a copy (front and back) of ID to claim the prize withholding voucher. Any winner under 18 shall submit a legal representative agreement and a copy (front and back) of the representative's ID. If the prize is worth more than NT$20,010 (excluding NT$20,010), the winner must pay 10% tax on prize income (or 20% if the winner is a foreign national). If the winner is not willing to provide the required information or pay taxes as required by law, it will be deemed to have forfeited the prize without further notice.
- 1. Actual prize shall prevail. For short supply or force majeure, the organizer may reserve the right to replace the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
- 2. If the event cannot be held due to certain reasons, the organizer will announce the update on the event page, and reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the event.
- 3. If the prize is physical, it will be delivered to the address provided by the winner. The organizer is not responsible for failed deliveries.
- 4. By participating in the event, you are deemed to have agreed to these rules. If you violate any rules, commit fraud, engage in acts that disrupt the event, or cause system errors by any means, your eligibility will be voided.
- 5. The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this event. Any change will be announced on the event website. If the winner is disqualified or voluntarily gives up the prize, the organizer will not provide further notification. The organizer is not responsible for the use or maintenance of the prize after it has been claimed. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for any damage, delay, incorrect delivery, or loss during prize delivery if such issues are beyond the organizer's control.
- 6. All information submitted by the participant must be accurate and truthful, and must not involve the misuse or misappropriation of a third party's information. Participants are fully responsible for any consequences arising from infringement of the rights of the organizer or any third party. If complete and correct personal or contact information is not provided, the organizer and co-organizer will be unable to send notifications or deliver prizes, and the participant will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. The organizer will not provide further notice and assumes no liability in such cases.
- 7. To ensure fairness, any participant who attempts to disrupt the event or manipulate results through malware or other means that clearly violate the rules will be disqualified from participation and prize claiming. The organizer may revoke any prizes awarded and reserves the right to take legal action.
- 8. The organizer assumes no legal responsibility for any missing, incorrect, illegible, or damaged registration information caused by computer, network, or technical issues, or any other circumstances beyond the organizer's control. Participants and winners may not raise any objections regarding such issues.
