  • Sign up for membership and draw the prize now. E-coupon instructions are as follows:
    • Bring the QR Code of e-coupon to the store that you can use the e-coupon. Show the QR Code to scan and reimburse (cannot be exchanged for cash).

  • Bonus for Q fans, the prizes are described below:
    • The winner list will be announced on the news section of the Taoyuan Q website no later than five days after the prize is drawn.
    • The winner must complete and reply to the required information within a week. If he fails to do so in the specified period, the staff will send a message or mail. If the contact information is incomplete or fake and the winner cannot be reached, it is considered that the winner gave up the prize.
    • The receiving address of the prize is limited to the valid address of Republic of China, Taiwan. If the winner does not provide the valid address within the claim period, we have the right to cancel your eligibility to the prize.
  • The Income Tax Act (R.O.C) specified that if the prize is worth more than one thousand NTD, the prize value will be included in the individual income tax. The winner must fill out and submit the prize voucher as required. He must provide the front-and-back copy of ID to claim the prize withholding voucher. Any winner under 18 shall submit the legal representative agreement, and the front-and-back copy of ID. If the prize is worth more than NT$ 20,010 (excluding NT$ 20,010), the winner must pay 10% of income from prizes and awards won by chance as required by law and 20% if the winner is a foreigner. If the winner is not willing to provide information or pay the tax as required by law, it is deemed that the winner gives up the prize, subject without notice.

  • The actual prize shall prevail. For short supply or force majeure, the organizer may reserve the right to replace the prize with the prize with equivalent value, subject without notice.
  • If the event cannot be held for certain reasons, the organizer will announce this news on the event page, and has the right to change, suspend or terminate the event.
  • If this is a physical prize, the delivery address will be the one filled out by the winner. The organizer is not liable for failing to deliver the prize.

  • The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this event. Any change will be announced on the event website. If the winner is disqualified or agrees to give up the prize, the organizer will not notify or announce this information. The organizer is not liable for use or maintenance of the prize after the prize is claimed. The organizer is not liable for damage, delay, wrong delivery or loss during the prize delivery if the organizer is not attributable to any of these problems.
  • The information the participant agrees to fill out or submit must be accurate and correct without misuse or misappropriation of the information of a third person. The participant shall be liable for all of related responsibilities if infringing the rights of the organizer or a third person. If correct or complete personal or contact information is not provided, the organizer and co-organizer cannot send any notice or mail the prize, it is deemed that the participant gives up the prize. The organizer will not notice the participant and will not bear any responsibility.
  • For fairness and justice of the event, if the participant attempts to make any confusion or affect the event result by malware or other means evidently violating fairness of the event, the organizer will disqualify the eligibility of participation and prize claiming. The organizer may retrieve the prize, and the event execution unit will reserve the right to take legal action.
  • For any reason such as computer, network or technology problem, or any reason not attributable to the organizer, that leads to missing, error, illegibility or damage of the information registered by the participant, the event team does not assume legal responsibility. The participant and winner may not raise any objection.
