Eligibility for Participation：

• Film a 60-90 second short video, upload it to Instagram, and tag the official Landmark Plaza account.
• Join the TaoyuanQ membership program.

  Competition Rules：Your video must feature at least one Landmark Plaza attraction (GLORIA OUTLETS, Xpark, Shin Kong Cinemas, COZZI Blu, or Chiao-Hu Wonderland) and convey the message that Landmark Plaza offers convenient transportation, is tourist-friendly, and a fantastic destination for food, fun, and entertainment.

Important Notes：

• Video Content Guidelines：

  Your submission must be an original creation and not a re-edit of someone else's work.

  Submissions must not have been previously entered into any public competitions or published.

  If your video includes copyrighted materials, you must obtain the proper permissions and authorize the competition organizer with full usage rights. Any issues related to intellectual property are the sole responsibility of the participant.

  Submissions must not contain violent, graphic, or inappropriate content, and the organizer reserves the right to review, evaluate, and select entries.

  By participating, you grant the organizer the rights to use, broadcast, and promote your video.

  Should there be any schedule changes, the organizer’s announcements will take precedence.

  The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend participation/awards in the event of any disputes or issues, including altering content, deadlines, or prizes. The organizers have the final interpretation on all matters.

• Important Notes on Prize Winnings：

  The Income Tax Act (R.O.C) specified that if the prize is worth more than one thousand NTD, the prize value will be included in the individual income tax.

  The winner must fill out and submit the prize voucher as required. He must provide the front-and-back copy of ID to claim the prize withholding voucher.

  Any winner under 18 shall submit the legal representative agreement, and the front-and-back copy of ID. If the prize is worth more than NT$ 20,010 (excluding NT$ 20,010), the winner must pay 10% of income from prizes and awards won by chance as required by law and 20% if the winner is a foreigner.

  If the winner is not willing to provide information or pay the tax as required by law, it is deemed that the winner gives up the prize, subject without notice.

  Winners must accurately complete the prize confirmation form. If incorrect contact details or other factors prevent the delivery of the prize, the prize will be forfeited.

  The provided contact information and ID copies will only be used to confirm the winner's identity, ship prizes, and report taxes as required by law and shall not be used for any other purposes.

  Winners must return the signed prize notification and confirmation form by the specified deadline. The organizers are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate personal data provided.

  The intellectual property rights of the winning videos will be transferred to the organizer, who reserves the right to edit, reproduce, or otherwise use the winning content.

  Winning submissions must be original and must not involve plagiarism, borrowing, copying, or imitation. If it is discovered that a winning video is not original, the organizer will cancel the prize and any associated rewards. If the prize has already been awarded, the organizers reserve the right to reclaim it. In cases of intellectual property violations, the winner will be required to return both the trophy and the prize money.

  Music used in the video must either be original or legally obtained with the proper authorization.

  The voting system will record user accounts and voting history to ensure fairness.

  To ensure that the online voting process is conducted fairly, openly, and justly, any of the following actions will result in the organizer deeming the vote invalid and deducting the votes without any legal liability. Neither participants nor voters may dispute the decision.

  Exploiting computer or internet vulnerabilities (such as using vote-inflating programs, login authentication attacks, or other similar interception behaviors) or engaging in any voting actions not specified by the contest rules to falsify votes will result in disqualification.

  Those engaging in improper actions (such as hacking into the database, packet tampering, or other similar activities) to alter vote counts, or using false or inaccurate information to harm the organizers or any third party, will be subject to full civil and criminal liability.

  By participating in the online voting activity, the user agrees to abide by these rules. In the event of any violation, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the individual and seek compensation for any resulting damages.
